There’s no big secret to losing weight.
You just eat less , exercise more or –preferably–both.
 
If you do , here’s what will happen:
 
 Cut your calorie intake by just 100 calories a day
 ( that’s just eight ounces of soda–not even a full can )
or Walk one mile a day
and you’ll lose 10 pounds in a year.
 
 Cut your calorie intake by  100 calories a day
 and walk one mile a day
and you’ll lose 10 pounds in six months
20 pounds a year.

consistent action and persistence are keys to reaching your goals .
